Frittata Fingers

Ingredrients: 
Half a spinach bunch 
A handful of mushrooms
4 eggs
50ml milk
1 tbsp flour
Dried herbs
1/2 cup grated cheese

Method:
Sauté spinach and mushroom (or any other veggie you'd like) till soft. 

Mix eggs, milk, flour, dried herbs, grated cheese. Add the veggies. 
Pour into lined, greased baking dish and bake till firm. 
Cool and cut into fingers.

Suitable to be frozen! 👌🏻
